How do you make baked tortilla chips?
At our home we have to stay away from fried foods and from sodium but we are just dying for something to dip in the salsa.
Any suggestions? I have heard that you can bake tortilla chips, but I don't have a clue what to do. Somebody help!

- Tostitos makes Baked Tortilla Chips, and there are lots of organic options out there. No need to make them yourself if you're cluless.
- Cut the torillas into a chip siz you like-put them on a cookie sheet and spray lightly with Pam or similar then put in a 400 degree oven just until lightly toasted- about 5 minutes. Season with salt or whatever flavor you like (cumin, cinnamon).
