What was everything you ate so far today? And what else do you think you will eat for the rest of the day?

and how much ya weigh? (honestly)



I myself weigh 140 lbs and i am 6'2.



Today i ate, Fruit, A wendys bacon cheeseburger deluxe,meduium frys, and spicy chicken sandwhich now i am domolishing a huge bag of tortilla chips and dipping it in this really FAT TACO BELL CHEESE SAUCE AND I KNOW IM GONNA EAT MORE TONIGHT AND HAVE ALOT OF BEER!!



i feel like crap bc i can gain weight so easily like that and i wont look good bc i dont have the flattest chest and i am a guy, (unless i stay thin,thin,thin) Tomorrow i am going to the beach with this girl i am just starting to date and shes gonna see me!! WILL I BE BETTER TOMROROW? BY 8AM it is 1am here

  1. Hmmm handful of cheetos and 2 bottles water for breakfast, double chz, sm fry, lg coke for lunch, pork chop, 2 bites of dry ass mashed potatoes, 2 more bottles of water for dinner....and thats it....how did I do? lol

  3. quit eating so much, drink alot of water between tonight and tomorrow so you can get rid of water weight, it works.
  4. lol holy crap.. im 110 and 5'3. i ate french bread with butter, 1 stuffed shell with meat and cottage cheese, and im gonna eat a mcdonalds cheeseburger with small fries. i have a small appetite but we all pig out like that once in a while and we all feel fat like we want to throw up! but you wont get fat unless you do that everyday lol
  5. I ate a quesadilla with lots of cheese with some avocado, an ice cream sandwich, and this isn't food, but a can of Mt. Dew and some gatorade, and water, and I think that's it so far. I generally eat a lot more later in the evening/night, so it's about 6pm right now.. I'm about to go eat something again. I think I'll have some kind of sandwich or maybe pasta/rice.. just something easy. I don't/can't watch what I eat though. I'm underweight (naturally) so the last thing I need to be doing is counting calories. I snack throughout the day usually. I eat lots of fatty foods lol. Lots of candybars, cookies, chips, etc. I don't usually plan my meals ahead (unless I'm eating out or something) so who knows what I'll eat later.



    Oh and I weigh 90 lbs and I'm almost 5' 1".. but not quite. haha. But dang you are way skinnier than I am!



    Oh and Wendy's sounds totally yummy! I only eat chicken from places like that.. but I could totally go for a chicken sandwich and some fries right now! THANKS.. now I'm craving that. Maybe I'll walk down to BK in a little bit. :o)
  6. um... a salad, pb&j, a turkey sandwhich, im about to eat some lasagna. that will probably be it. im 100 lbs. and 5'3"

    haha im pretty sure you wont look better in 7 hours unless you stop eating! and yeah you should drink a lot of water, but not too much cause then you'll look and feel bloated and horrible
  7. I LOVE to eat! And I'd love to eat everything you just mentioned, but I am able to stop myself. There's plenty of delicious things you can eat that aren't bad for your body. Besides, if you eat things that are less fattening you can eat more in volume which will keep you fuller longer. Also, try getting some complex carbs into your diet. They take longer for your body to digest and keep you full for longer too. I weigh 115 and am 5'3.



    Today so far I ate:



    Breakfast:

    1/2 C Blueberries

    1 pkg. weight control oat meal

    1 C pomegranate juice

    8 oz water



    AM snack:

    1/2 C carrots

    1/2 C celery

    2 tbs red pepper hummus for dipping

    8 oz water



    Lunch:

    Veggie Sandwich (whole grain bread, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, black olives, green peppers and cilantro hummus spread)

    1 C Black cherry juice

    1 C edamame (soy beans) with sea salt

    8oz water



    PM Snack:

    1 C Fruit Salad

    8 oz water



    Dinner:

    1 piece tilapia

    1 C whole grain rice with rye berries

    1 C green beans

    1 C turnips

    8 oz water

    Today I ate:

    BREAKFAST: Cereal



    LUNCH: Lemonade (lol not a real lunch)



    SNACK: Italian Ice



    *Worked out about 5:45*



    DINNER: Chicken and Protein Shake and about 8 oz. of milk.



    All together I probably had about 32 oz. of water.



    I usually eat a lot more, today I didn't eat much... But anyway the answer to you're question. You burn a lot of calories while you sleep, so usually when you get up in the morning you feel better then you did at night. If you want to look good for the girl or whatever then I would suggest trying not to eat or drink tonight. In the morning maybe jog a little bit and eat a small breakfast because it will speed up your metabilism and burn off the breakfast if you eat it right after. TRY NOT TO EAT AFTER 6 OR 7, YOU PUT ON THE MOST WEIGHT AT NIGHT BECAUSE YOUR METABILISM SLOWS DOWN.

    It's no wonder, it's easy for you to put on weight! Try getting into the water tomorrow. You better change your eating habits,or you won't be having many dates with this girl. YOU WILL DROP OVER WITH A HEART ATTACK!

    I'm not trying to be cruel,but you are NOT eating HEALTHY!

    Have fun on your date tomorrow. Believe me,she already know what you look like. Don't worry,just have a great time.

  10. Crap man, you need that food! You could use some extra pounds. Today I ate 150 grams of ham, two eggs, 400 grams of banana pancakes, 500 grams of potatoes, 2/3 cup of oat bran, one can of tuna, a pot of vegetable soup, another 1/2 cup of oat bran, and 250 grams of hamburger patties.
