2. Depends on what I have in it. For soft tacos I fold it in half. For burritos I fold up one end then fold over one side and roll, for pinwheels I roll it like a jelly roll and then slice. You can fold them anyway you want.
3. It depends on what you are wanting to roll up in the tortilla.. If it's burritos you are making fold the bottom out away from you then fold the sides in or roll it over ..they normally stay that way. you can also fry them..really good with mashed potatoes and a meat in them..try it!
4. For a burrito, use a flour tortilla and steam it first. It rolls up better that way without tearing and doesn't taste as "raw". I like to put some cheese on it and then steam, that way your cheese is melted as well.
5. not sure ive yet to learn how to roll one up w/o everything falling out
