is what i eat throughout the day healthy?
hey everyone well im 135 lbs, (roughly, sometimes lighter, sometimes a couple lbs heavier), but anywho, this is what i eat almost every single day, i have a routine so it rarley changes, except on fridays.
wake up exactly at 6:40 a.m., i eat Special K regular cereal
dont eat anything until 12:45pm lunch, at school, a chicken burger on wheat bread, with milk
dont eat anything until 7:38 pm at night, usually either an apple and a special k bar.
orrrrr
a boneless chicken breast strips microwaved inside a soft tortilla with cheese on it.
is that healthy???
ive lost almost 40lbs and im gonna be 18 next week. people now say im to skinny and look annorexic. when i look in the mirror i still see the fat guy i once was. i just wanna get abs, and i do exersize every day. i want flat abs though, so i figure less eating, more exersize, will help.

- It seems you aren't eating enough. You should eat 3 meals a day with a snack in between. So 2 snacks and 3 meals.
- No.
It's not healthy to eat the same thing day after day.
By doing so your depriving yourself of nutrients and vitamins that you can't get from those foods. Also, it doesn't sound like your eating enough. Add some fruits and veggies to your diet!
(:
- it may not seem like it but you have anorexia and it is taking you over but you need to see a doctor but if you don't any way just do some sit ups every night before bed not too many like 200 at the VERY most and that is all you need to do just eat healthy foods under 1500 cals every day and you will be fine
- Eat three meals a day. Snacks are okay. Your food is healthy but you're not eating enough of it.
Eat more weigh less: have you heard of that saying before? Eat what you want. But excercise. Eating less and excercising more is not the way to go. Think about it. (:
- Well, it's fatty or overly sugary, if that's what you're asking. But it is unhealthy. You shouldn't eat the same things every day, because your body needs nutrients from different sources in order to be healthy. Eat a little more food, sixpack be damned. Get more protein and veggies in your diet.
It's hard to let go of your "fat" self, but in order to truly be happy and healthy, you've got to stop putting yourself under unnecessary pressure by following what media stereotypes you must fit.
- eat what you need to live just stay away from sugar.. if you stay away from sugar and do a fast walk ten minutes... three times a day you will be fine.
You can eat healthy food all day or eat just a little crap,.
the crap food will burn you out and make you tierd.
tierd person full of crap = crap person.
I have lost 45l bs just loosing sugar and walking.
