Do you like Steinbecks "Tortilla Flat"?

I just read this book for the first time. How great!

1. IT is not one of his best nor is it one of his most famous.I would read Grapes of Wrath or East of Eden. They are perhaps two of the greatest books ever written. It helped him win the Nobel Prize for Literature.
2. Absolutely agree with Sultan. Chapter 14 of Grapes of Wrath is my all time favorite read. East of Eden is on of my top 5 books. Love Travels with Charlie too and his life in letters. I adore him.
3. Tortilla Flat is a nice intro to Steinbeck's later and much greater works.
