which meal is healthier?
im trying to decide what i should eat right now for dinner.
panera bread--
vegetarian black bean soup
OR
vegetarian garden vegetable soup
With
Wheat baguette
OR
french baguette
or
California Chicken Cafe--
salad with romain lettuce, pita chip baked croutons, brocolli, chicken, ranch dressing light, alfalfa sprouts, carrots, cucumbers nd some other vegetables
with
pita bread
OR OR OR..
El pollo loco--
chicken breast skinless
with vegetables and pinto beans
and
corn tortillas
with some salsa
pls tell me which is the healthiest and has the least calories! thanks!

- there are 160 calories in the black bean soup and 8 grams of protein, there are 90 calories in the garden vegetable and 4 grams of protein, there are 150 calories in a wheat baguette and around the same for a french baguette. The California Chicken Cafe salad with pita bread would total up to about 60 calories but barely any protein, and the chicken would end up to be about 300 calories and almost 15 grams of protein.
- i'm pretty sure the last one is the most healthy. it will fill you up for longer and has the most protein so go for that one!
