burrito calories?

has anyone ever been to taco lita? its in arcadia california...anyways im curious as to how many calories is in one of their burritos...just beans tortilla and cheese..anybody know? also has anybody ever been to la villa kitchen in san dimas, or taco treat in arcadia? zankou chicken? tell me what you think about these places...
