How would you prepare the Tortilla Spring Rolls from California Pizza Kitchen?

They're are just way too delicious. <3

1. The recipe for the Thai Chicken (as well as Margherita and Bangkok BBQ Chicken) are in the book "California Pizza Kitchen Pasta, Salads, Soups, And Sides" by Larry Flax. If you aren't able to find the recipe elsewhere you could check to see if your local library has the book and get it that way.
